Not to shill for the commercial releases, but the first installment in the Pure Jerry series, from July 1977 at Theatre 1839, is an absolute joy through and through. Jerry's guitar has the same fat sound as in May 77 with even a bit more complexity, and his solos explore some remarkable musical territory. For that matter, the Warner Theatre 1978 shows (the early show being my first concert ever IIRC) and the (now OOP?) Orpheum Theatre 1976 release are also excellent.
